Just an update on my problem. It zweiter account way longer than the 60 days for it to work. It takes 60 days for the original account to close. I did this twice with accounts I wanted to re-associate to other accounts. So give it some time. If zweiter account still have the message from the account closing, wait about 30-32 zweiter account from that date then see if it's available. If not, someone may have scooped it up.
